Penza, 19 March 2016. PenzaNews. The police identified a 21-year-old Penza citizen who was involved in the theft of a pedalo, a set of oars, 16 sleeping bags and 8 tents from a children’s organization office on Popova street.

The culprit managed to infiltrated the office by breaking the locks, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

“The suspect confessed to the crime. Some of the stolen goods have been seized. He now faces a criminal case on theft,” the police explained.
