Penza, 20 March 2016. PenzaNews. The police are investigating an incident in one of the flats on Lenina street in Penza that resulted in two men in their 20s brought to the ER with penetrating knife wounds.

“We established that the two injured men were stabbed by a 19-year-old citizen of the Belinsky area after a bout of drinking and the following row. He was arrested by the police patrol,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

The suspect confessed to the crime, they added.

The incident is currently under investigation.
