“The investigation established that the culprit was buying wholesale shipments of ‘spice’ and ‘speed’ drugs online, and repacked the prohibited substances in singular doses. Those packages were distributed by the culprit in the stashes located in the Zheleznodorozhny city area, logging the guiding landmarks on his voice recorder,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

The culprit was receiving the drug orders via text messages, they clarified.

“His clients were mostly drug addicts whom the lawbreaker knew personally. After receiving a money transfer from them to a designated e-wallet, the accused disclosed locations of stashes to them,” the Ministry explained.

According to the press service, the man in question – a father of three children – has been involved in the criminal activities for three months.

“The culprit was arrested in July 2015. While inspecting his car, the police officers found ziploc bags with ‘spice’ and ‘speed’ drugs, an electronic scale, a voice recorder and other evidence. During the further investigations by the ‘Mayak’ factory, the police found 11 drug stashes,” the department noted.
