Penza, 27 April 2016. PenzaNews. A 32-year-old citizen of the Bessonovka area is suspected of stealing a broken-down VAZ-2105 parked by an apartment building on Suvorova street in Penza.

“The police on the 644th km of the ‘Ural’ federal highway a tow truck carrying the stolen car, driven by the man, a former convict. He was questioned, and confessed to the crime,” the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

The car has been returned to its owner, the police clarified.

“An investigation is underway, with a proceeding decision to follow,” they added.
