Penza, 19 May 2016. PenzaNews. A 36-year-old Penza citizen has confessed in the theft of a hairdryer, a hairclipper, a microwave, two women’s coats, a thick woolen overcoat, a TV and an assortment of manicure and pedicure tools from a hairdresser’s shop on Chaadaeva street.

The man broke inside the shop at the nighttime by smashing the window, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

“The suspect already has a criminal record. He now faces another criminal case,” the police added.
