Penza, 19 May 2016. PenzaNews. The police identified three residents of Staraya Kamenka village in the Penza area of the Penza region that were involved in the theft of an Izh-Yupiter motorbike and a mobile phone from a teenager whom they had beaten up.

According to the victim’s mother, 44, the incident occurred in the evening, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

“The men – one of them with a criminal record – were detained. The suspects confessed to the crime; the stolen goods were seized,” the police added.

The men now face a criminal case on armed robbery, they clarified.
