“In October 2015, the woman forged the signature of the head of the Bogoslovka village council in the document that granted the head of the Bogoslovka village council administration a premium of 100% of monthly wage for the work in Q3 2015 – which resulted in illegal earnings of 21,125 rubles,” Natalya Bychenkova, press secretary of the Penza region court, informed PenzaNews.

Polina Samoylova confessed in the criminal action, and explained that the village council administration head received premiums every quarter for the time he earned, but she intervened in the procedure with the forgery due to impending arrest of the village council administration financial accounts, she pointed out.

“However, the regulations on premiums required the issue to be discussed and voted at the session of the local governance council,” she explained.

According to Natalya Bychenkova, Polina Samoylova disagreed with the verdict, claiming that her active repentance must provide the grounds to cancel the case.

“She appealed the case, but the appeal was dismissed by the Penza regional court judge board,” she concluded.
