Penza, 11 June 2016. PenzaNews. A 23-year-old Penza woman fell victim to a fraud seeking to jump with a parachute.

The young woman found a parachute jump ad in the VK.com social network, and transferred an advance payment of 3,500 rubles to the ad owner after a negotiation, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

“Shortly after, the ad owner’s phone became unavailable, and the ad itself was removed,” the police added.

An investigation of the fraud case is underway, they clarified.

“The police are identifying the culprits involved in the crime,” they ministry added.
