Penza, 10 July 2016. PenzaNews. Two teenagers, aged 15 and 16, registered in the juvenile unit, are suspected in a series of bicycle thefts in the village of Vazerki of the Bessonovsky city area of the Penza region.

The press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told PenzaNews that firstly a 35-year-old man contacted the police department, he said the unknown stole a teenage bike from a landing platform on the first floor.

“On the same day, the police received two more claims on bicycle thefts committed in Vazerki. The accident investigation team was sent to the scene,” the department said.

The department added that after interviewing citizens the police established the involvement of two young men, who later confessed to these crimes.

“The stolen bikes are seized. These facts are verified,” the police noted.
