Penza, 18 July 2016. PenzaNews. A 22-year-old resident of the Narovchatsky area of the Penza region confessed to the police that he had stolen 10 jars of salted food, sausages, pelmeni, cheese, as well as a fishing backpack and 1 thousand rubles from the house situated in the village of Vilyayki of the Narovchatsky area of the Penza region.

As the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told the news agency PenzaNews, the suspect has criminal records.

“The theft is currently being investigated,” the police said.
