Pachelma, 22 July 2016. PenzaNews. A penalty of six months imprisonment in standard regime penal colony was prescribed by the Pachelma area court of the Penza region to homeless unemployed, suffering from alcoholism and epilepsy, who had stolen two rotors and copper wire from the territory of a bread factory.

“In the beginning of May 2015, the man came to the enterprise, got illegally inside through the space under the gate, went into the boiler room and demounted two electric motors with wrenches he brought in,” the official representative of the Pachelma area court told the news agency PenzaNews.

He said that the man fled from the scene and disposed the stolen property at his own discretion, causing damage in the amount of 1 thousand 363 rubles.

“Previously, he had been held administratively liable six times for committing offences against public order and security,” the agency interlocutor added.
