Kuznetsk, 30 July 2016. PenzaNews. The police discovered that a 32-year-old citzen of the Kuznetsk area in the Penza region stole a 100-liter stainless steel water heater container from the bathroom of an elderly woman’s dacha bathhouse.

The police received a report from an elderly woman, 81, living in Shishovka village, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

“The suspect, a former convict, was questioned, and confessed to the crime,” the police added.

He will now be facing a criminal case, they noted.
