Penza, 7 August 2016. PenzaNews. A young woman born in 1993 is suspected of stealing a mobile phone from a teenager in a Penza shopping center.

The police received the report from the father of her victim, a 14-year-old boy, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews.

“The juvenile police staff identified and questioned the store consultant who stole a mobile phone left unattended in a dressing room,” they explained.

The young woman confessed to the crime, and the stolen phone was seized, they added.

“She is now facing a criminal case under Part 1, Art. 158 of the Criminal Code, ‘Theft’,” they noted.
