Penza, 8 August 2016. PenzaNews. Two minor residents of Bessonovsky area, the Penza region are suspected of theft of 30 thousand rubles from the card of the 83-year-old pensioner.

As the press service of the regional department of Russian MIA informed PenzaNews, the young people stole the card with PIN written on it.

“The minors cashed the funds in one of the shops. Both boys confessed. They say to have spent the money for personal needs,” the department explained.

The police specified that the teenagers have not had police record so far.

“Criminal case on p. 2 of Art. 158 “Theft” has been filed,” the press service informed.
