Penza, 8 August 2016. PenzaNews. The girl, born 1993, is suspected of theft of a cell phone of a teenager in one of shopping centers of Penza.

As the press service of the regional department of Russian MIA told PenzaNews, the father of the 14-year-old boy contacted the police.

“The minors’ police division officers detected and interrogated the shop-assistant, who stole the unguarded cell phone from a fitting room,” the department explained.

The police added that the girl confessed, and the stolen property is withdrawn.

“Criminal case on p.1 Art. 158 of the criminal code of Russian Federation “Theft” has been filed,” the department specified.
