Penza, 12 August 2016. PenzaNews. Two teenagers from Spassky area and an 18-year-old resident of Nikolsk are suspected of stealing food from the shopping pavilion, located on the river Vyad banks in the Penza region.

As the press service of the regional MIA told PenzaNews, the attackers dismantled the floor boards in the shopping pavilion.

“Police patrol officers identified and questioned two minors aged 15 and 13 years and an 18-year-old boy, who was previously brought to criminal responsibility,” the department explained.

The police clarified that the suspects pleaded guilty, and a part of the stolen goods was withdrawn.

“An investigation of the incident is underway,” the press service added.
