Penza, 29 August 2016. PenzaNews. In Penza the police officers detained a 26-year-old man who carrying 27 metal rods.

“It was found that the thief working unofficially at the construction site on Krupskoy Street, stole metal products. Later, the police received a complaint from the victim,” the press service of the regional MIA told PenzaNews.

The Ministry clarified that the suspect confessed to the crime, and the stolen bars were seized.

“The police is verifying the information on the incident,” the press service added.
