Penza, 7 September 2016. PenzaNews. A 21-year-old resident of Penza became a victim of fraud, trying to buy clothing on an ad in “VKontakte.”

As the press service of the regional MIA told PenzaNews, the information was posted on the page of an unknown user.

“The girl made an order for the amount of 75 dollars and transferred the currency to the credit card stated by the swindler, but she never received the goods,” the police explained.

The press service added that the police identified a 20-year-old resident of the Penza region involvement in the crime.

“She confessed to the crime, explaining that the money was spent on personal needs. A criminal case on fraud has been instituted,” the department explained.
