Penza, 25 September 2016. PenzaNews. A 19-year-old resident of Penza was arrested on suspicion of cell phone theft in the park on Slavy Street, and confessed to the crime, the press service of the regional MIA told PenzaNews.

The ministry added that the attacker used the distraction of a 32-year-old woman, who left her bag on the bench unattended for a while.

“The suspect returned the stolen phone. A criminal case has been instituted on the incident,” the press service noted.
