Penza, 10 November 2016. PenzaNews. The prosecutor's office of the Penza Pervomaisky area approved the indictment on the case of a 32-year-old man who, according to the investigation, violated his son and beat his wife.

“As established by the investigation agency, a Penza resident, who had been earlier brought to trial for the murder threat, being at home in a state of alcoholic intoxication, summer 2016, realizing the tender age of his son, born 2009, using his helpless state and inability to provide adequate resistance, committed towards the child violent actions of a sexual nature,” the senior assistant of the head of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova told PenzaNews. 

She added that in July this year during an argument with his wife started due to jealousy, the man hit his wife on her head with a screwdriver handle.

The accusation was brought against the man under Item “b”, Part 4, Art. 132 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Violent actions of a sexual nature” and under Item “c”, Part 2, Art. 115 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Deliberate health harm of slight degree.”
