Penza, 5 December 2016. PenzaNews. Workers of the non-departmental security service of the federal national guard troops service of the Penza region arrested a 46 years old man who threatened workers of the microloan office in Kalinina street.

“The criminal entered the organization office and told workers that he takes them hostage. Within a minute, the group of detention composed of the police senior sergeants Dmitry Karyakin and Dmitry Zubarev arrived to the indicated address,” the press service of the federal national guard troops service of the Penza region told PenzaNews.

The department emphasized that possible routes of escape were blocked.

“The man stood next to one of the workers and insulted her with obscene words. The law-enforcement authorities arrested the man. It turned out that he was in the state of alcoholic intoxication. Arms and dangerous items were not discovered,” the department added.

The press service noted that an administrative protocol was drawn up against the criminal under Art. 234 of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation “Being in the state of alcoholic intoxication in public places”.
