Penza, 16 December 2016. PenzaNews. The court sentenced the 19-year-old resident of Zarechny of the Penza region to 3 years’ imprisonment for having committed the crime stipulated by the Item “c”, Part 2, Art. 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Creation and circulation of materials or objects containing porn pictures of juveniles”.

“From September to November 2015, the young man being a user of one of social networks posted a photo depicting a 14-year-old acquaintance, which according to experts belongs to porn material, in several publics,” the senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations Lyudmila Fomina told PenzaNews.

She noted that by doing this the criminal made the picture available for viewing and copying by users.

“The verdict did not come into effect,” the interlocutor specified.
