Resident of Zarechny accused of drugs smuggling from China

Penza, 23 December 2016. PenzaNews. A 31-year-old resident of Zarechny of the Penza region will stand the trial under the accusation of the gravest crimes, which include drugs smuggling on an especially large scale and the use of false documents.

“During the investigation it was found out that the accused man bought two false passports with his photos from unknown people. He used these passports to order synthetic drugs from China through the Internet. In his garage, the criminal packed the forbidden substances for further realization. He received drugs orders through the Internet and after the money was transferred to his account, he went to Penza and made special hiding places where he left the goods,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation told PenzaNews.
The office specified that police officers received the immediate information on the illegal activity of the criminal in December, 2015, and arrested him at once.
“During the personal inspection and the search of his house, the police officers discovered and confiscated about 200 grams of synthetic drugs prepared for realization. They also found and confiscated the false passports and more than 2 million rubles,” the press service said.
The office added that more than one kilogram of drugs was confiscated from the man later.
“At present, the resident of Zarechny is under arrest. The materials of the criminal case were sent to the court for their detailed consideration” the police summed up.
