Penza, 23 January 2017. PenzaNews. A 24-year-old man confessed to having hijacked the Land Rover car of his employer from the parking territory in the village Zasechny of the Penza region. This was reported by the press service of the region department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

“The suspect was found criminally liable before,” the department specified.

The press service added that a criminal case was opened on the fact of illegal occupancy of the vehicle.
