Serdobsk, 11 March 2017. PenzaNews. A 61-year-old man is suspected of having stolen a teenager's bicycle from a house in Gertsen side street in Serdobsk of the Penza region.

"The suspect had been found criminally liable before. He confessed to the crime," the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs told PenzaNews.

The department specified that a criminal case was opened on the fact of theft.
