Penza, 17 March 2017. PenzaNews. A 30-year-old citizen of the Gorodische city of the Penza region confessed to illegal hunting for an elk.

As it was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the elk carcass with gunshot wounds was found near the Aryavo village.

"The suspect had been found criminally liable before," the police specified.

The department specified that a criminal case was opened on the fact of illegal hunting.
