Identities of teenagers who fire at cars and window of apartment in Penza identified
Penza, 20 March 2017. PenzaNews. Police officers established identities of three 16-year-old teenagers who fired from an air gun at two cars and a window of a house in the Arbekovo area of Penza.
"The criminals fired from the air gun at cars, one of which was parked near a house in Prospekt Stroiteley street and the other was going down an internal development road. They also fired from the air gun at a window of a house," the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia told PenzaNews on Monday, March 20.
The department noted that the young people, who were not registered by the juvenile service, came to Penza to study and shared a flat.
"It was established that at night, expressing clear disrespect to the society, the teenagers intentionally started to fire from the air gun that belonged to one of them. They fired from the window of the apartment where they lived," the police explained.
The press service added that a criminal case was opened on the fact of hooliganism.
"At present, police workers are working on establishing all circumstances of the crime. The used weapon was confiscated," the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs specified.
The police noted that a penal part of the article presupposes a punishment by way of penalty from 300 to 500 thousand rubles or imprisonment for the term of up to 5 years.
