Penza, 25 March 2017. PenzaNews. The Penza police investigates the circumstances of the incident in which one man shot another with a traumatic gun.

"Police station No. 3 of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Penza received the information that a 23-year-old resident was hospitalized with injures of criminal nature. During the investigation, workers of the Criminal Investigation Department established that a 35-year-old resident, who had been found criminally liable before, took two shots during a street conflict with a registered traumatic gun," the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia told PenzaNews.

The department specified that the suspect confessed to the crime.

"A criminal case was opened on the fact of intended bodily harm," the press service said.
