Penza, 30 March 2017. PenzaNews. A 24-year-old resident of Zarechny of the Penza region who abused an underage girl was sentenced to 3.5 years of imprisonment in the penal colony of high-security regime.

"The investigation and the court established that in January 2017 the young man invited a 17-year-old girl to his house. In the apartment, the man committed violent actions of sexual nature against the girl," this was reported by the senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations Lyudmila Fomina.

She noted that the court decision did not come into effect and can be appealed within the legal period.
