Penza, 14 April 2017. PenzaNews. A 17-year-old resident of the village Bogoslovka of the Penza region is suspected of fraud against a 16-year-old boy, whom he asked for a mobile phone to call and then ran away in an unknown direction.

As it was reported by the press service of the department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Penza region, the teenagers were visually acquainted.

"The suspect confessed to the crime. The stolen phone was confiscated," the department reported.

The police added that an investigation on this fact is conducted.
