Within the framework of the investigation of the cases of fraud while constructing the perinatal centre in Penza, the final accusation was announced to Alexander Pashkov, who voluntarily acted for the adviser of the Penza region governor Vasily Bochkarev, and to the president of the LLC "Central construction company Sigma" Sergei Bogunov.

"The final accusation was brought to them under the Part 4, Art. 159 [of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation 'Fraud']," Yulia Pilyasova, acting senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations told PenzaNews.

She specified that the accusation was announced on Friday, April 14.

"The total damage equals to about 97 million rubles," the interlocutor added.

According to Yulia Pilyasova, the accused started investigating case materials.
