20-year-old resident of Kamenka sentenced to 180 hours of work for extremist content on social network

Penza, 16 June 2017. PenzaNews. A punishment by means of 180 hours of compulsory labour was imposed on a 20-year-old resident of Kamenka of the Penza region for posting audio tracks and pictures of an extremist character on a social network.

As it was reported by the senior assistant of the head of the regional Investigative Committee for media relations Lyudmila Fomina, the man posted the image and the audio tracks during the period from June 2012 to August 2015.
"According to the psycho-linguistic expertise, the content of the materials contains signs of hatred and hostility excitation, as well as signs of abasement of human dignity on the ground of race, nationality, origin, attitude to religion," the interlocutor explained.
She added that the sentence did not come into effect yet.
