Penza, 25 June 2017. PenzaNews. The police found the car GAZ-31029 that had previously been stolen from a parking lot at a trade centre in Ternovskogo street in Penza, in the village Staroe Zakharkino of the Shemysheysky area.

As it was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, it was established that a 47-year-old man, who had been found criminally liable before, was involved in the crime.

"Investigation on this fact is conducted," the department explained.

The press service added that the stolen car was returned to the owner.
