Penza, 17 July 2017. PenzaNews. Police officers established involvement of a 21-year-old Penza resident in robbing a man in Ladozhskaya street.

“The victim explained that at night the violator caused him bodily harm and openly took his cell phone,” the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia told PenzaNews.

The department said that the suspect admitted to the crime.

“Criminal case was opened in connection with robbery,” the police noted.
