Penza, 23 August 2017. PenzaNews. The police established that a 46-year-old resident of Penza is involved in a theft of perfumes and cosmetics from a shopping centre located in Kirova street.

"She confessed to the crime. The stolen items were confiscated," the press service of the regional MIA department told PenzaNews.

The department added that the circumstances of the crime were being established.

An investigation on the fact of theft was organized.
