Penza, 1 September 2017. PenzaNews. Law enforcement authorities solved a theft of a 0.5L bottle of whiskey and a package of fish fillet from a shop located in Pushkina street in Penza.

"The police examined the video surveillance footage, which captured the moment of the theft. It was established that two men aged 25 and 32, one of whom had been found criminally liable before, were involved in the crime," the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russian told PenzaNews.

The department noted that the suspects had confessed to the crime.

"A criminal case was opened on the fact of the theft," the press service specified.
