Near Penza driver suspected of repeated tractor driving in state of alcoholic intoxication
Penza, 19 October 2017. PenzaNews. A criminal case was opened against a 32-year-old tractor driver in Kondol village of the Penza region, who is suspected of repeated vehicle driving in a state of alcoholic intoxication.

As the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia told PenzaNews, he had been detained by traffic police officers when driving a tractor MTZ 82.1.
"The man had been found criminally liable before. He had also been found administratively liable for driving in a state of alcoholic intoxication," the police said.
The department noted that the sanction of Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Traffic rules violation by a person subject to an administrative punishment" provides for a fine of from 200,000 to 300,000 roubles or imprisonment for a term of up to 2 years.
