Penza, 6 November 2017. PenzaNews. A 64-year-old resident of Penza is suspected of stealing a manhole cover located in Kalinina street. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

"The man confessed to the crime. The stolen was confiscated," the department specified.

The press service added that a criminal case was opened on the fact of the robbery.
