"It was established that a 37-year-old Penza resident is involved in the crime. She gave a confession explaining that she had spent the stolen money for personal needs," the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia told PenzaNews without specifying under what circumstances the theft had been committed.
