Penza, 9 February 2018. PenzaNews. A criminal case was opened against the Penza resident who repeatedly forced her 10-year-old daughter into begging. This was reported by the senior assistant of the head of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova.

According to her, the facts were revealed by the prosecutor's office of the Zheleznodorozhny area of the city in February 2018.

"The criminal case was opened under Part 2, Art. 151 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation 'Involvement of a minor in the commission of antisocial actions'. The course of the investigation is controlled by the prosecutor's office of the area," the interlocutor noted.
