Deputy head of Ministry of Internal Affairs for Penza region suspected of power abuse
Penza, 10 February 2018. PenzaNews. Internal Security Headquarters of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation established facts of abuse of official authority by one of the deputy heads of the Russian MIA Administration for the Penza Region.

"After consideration of the revealed facts a criminal case was opened on constituent elements of offence specified by Part 1, Art. 285 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation 'Abuse of official powers'. The official was detained under Art. 91 of the Russian Federation Code of Criminal Procedure," the message spread by MIA press service states.
It is added that in case the guilt of the deputy head of the Penza MIA administration is proved, he will be fired on negative grounds.
As the channel REN TV informs, the issue refers to the colonel of the internal security Nariman Altynbaev, who is one of the deputies for Yuri Ruzlyaev, head of the Russian MIA Administration for the Penza Region.
