Penza, 12 February 2018. PenzaNews. The police detained a man suspected of an indecent assault against a schoolgirl at the premises of school No. 68 located in Prospekt Stroiteley street in Penza. This was reported by Tatyana Makhnitskaya, senior assistant of the head of the regional investigative department for media relations under the Investigative Committee of Russia.

"The suspect is a Penza resident born 1970," the interlocutor specified.

She added that the investigation organized on the fact of the crime continues.

"The investigator carries out activities aimed at establishing constituent elements of offence in the actions of the suspect," Tatyana Makhnitskaya explained.

As it was reported before, on February 4 an unknown man committed a sexual assault against a minor at the premises of school No. 68 in Penza.

Immediately after the incident, law enforcement authorities were ordered to search for the malefactor of medium built, who is presumably 40-45 years old.
