Penza, 14 February 2018. PenzaNews. A 57-year-old resident of Penza is suspected of stealing 38 bars of chocolate from a shop window in Suvorova street. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

"The man confessed to the crime. A criminal case was opened on the fact of the theft," the police said.

The department specified that the man had been found criminally liable before.

The motives of the criminal were not specified.
