Penza, 13 April 2018. PenzaNews. Chief doctor of the Penza regional oncology dispensary Vitaly Serebryakov was detained by workers of the Russian Federal Security Service when taking a bribe. This was reported by an informed source who asked to remain anonymous.

"A criminal case was opened, the Penza department of the Investigative Committee of Russia conducts investigation," he said.
The interlocutor did not specify the amount of the bribe or any other details of the detention of the head doctor of the oncology dispensary.
In turn, Tatyana Makhnitskaya, senior assistant of the head of the regional investigative department for media relations under the Investigative Committee of Russia, neither confirmed nor denied the information about the opened criminal case.
According to available information, it is planned that Ivan Belozertsev will visit the Penza oncology dispensary on Saturday, April 14.
Earlier it became known that a criminal case for an offence under Part 2, Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Bribe-taking" was opened against the deputy head of the pharmacy of the Penza regional clinical tertiary centre.
