Penza, 27 June 2018. PenzaNews. 21-year-old resident of the Bashmakovsky area of the Penza region was found by the court guilty of committing a crime under Part 1, Art. 134 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation "Sexual intercourse and other actions of sexual character with a person who has not reached the age of sixteen years".

As senior assistant of the head of the regional prosecutor for media relations Svetlana Artamonova told PenzaNews, early February 2018 the woman had repeatedly engaged in sexual relationship with a 15-year-old school pupil by mutual consent.

"She fully recognized her guilt," the interlocutor noted.

She specified that the resident of the Bashmakovsky area had received a 1-year suspended prison sentence with a period of probation equalling 1 year.

"The verdict has entered into legal force," Svetlana Artamonova noted.
