Penza, 6 December 2018. PenzaNews. Two men are suspected of stealing fish with a total weight of 180 kg from the fish storage of a pond in the Zemetchinsky area of the Penza region. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The department clarified that the two suspects had been previously convicted.

"A criminal case under Item 'b', Part 2, Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation 'Theft' was opened on the fact. The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of imprisonment for a period of up to five years. Investigative actions aimed at accumulation and systematization of evidence are being carried out," the press service explained.
