London High Court refuses to extradite fugitive businessman Shmatko

Penza, 19 December 2018. PenzaNews. Businessman from Penza Alexei Shmatko accused of fraud and hiding from the Russian justice in the UK said that the High Court of London decided not to extradite him to Russia.

"Done! The High Court decided not to extradite me to Russia! The victory is complete and unconditional. Hurray!" Alexey Shmatko wrote on his Facebook profile.

He did not disclose any details, only noted that he was "very tired".
