Penza, 20 December 2018. PenzaNews. Five minors aged from 14 to 17 years are suspected of stealing cast iron radiators from the building of a former kindergarten located in the village of Nazvanovka of the Kolyshleysky area of the Penza region. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

The department specified that the stolen property was turned over to various points of reception of metal.

"At the moment, an inspection is being carried out to clarify all the circumstances of the incident. After the inspection a procedural decision will be made," the press service explained.
