Penza, 18 January 2019. PenzaNews. The police solved theft of black scrap metal weighing about 2.5 tons and a faulty welding machine from a shed in the Luninsky area of the Penza region as well as of a table and a bench made of black metal from an unlocked bathhouse.

According to the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, two residents of Kazachia Petelma born 1979 are suspected.

"The suspects gave a confession. A preventive measure in the form of signed acknowledgement of travel restrictions was selected," the police said.

The department added that a criminal case had been opened on the fact.
