Penza, 27 January 2019. PenzaNews. A visitor robbed a cash register at the sauna located in the Oktyabrsky district of Penza. This was reported by the press service of the regional department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.

"At about 2:00 the visitor openly stole 27,000 roubles from a cash register. The administrator of the sauna explained that at the time of the crime the malefactor had been in the state of alcohol intoxication and behaved aggressively," the department noted.

The press service specified that a resident of Penza who had been brought to criminal responsibility for commission of property crimes before had been detained on suspicion of having committed the crime.

"A criminal case has been opened on the fact of robbery. The preventive measure chosen by the court was detention. Now the man is in a pre-trial detention centre," the department added.
